Korzenie klasowe

O zmiennej hierarchii produktów i potraw w felietonie Ludwika Lewina

Plus odrobina egzotyki, bez konieczności wychodzenia z domu

Owoc zmysłowy bardzo

Potrafi doprowadzić do ekstazy najbardziej zimnokrwiste jednostki. Ocieka miodem, nurza się w płatkach migdałowych, w cytrynowym cieście objawia całą zapiekłość. Gruszka to ma temperament! No i jeszcze ten kształt...

Ojczyzna dziczyzna

W jadalni bywało gwarnie i dostatnio. Chciałoby się zostać tu dłużej, niestety, o 16.00 solidne drzwi muzeum zamykają się. Można jednak klimat zamku przywołać w domu: znaleźć stary kandelabr, zapalić świece i zaprosić przyjaciół na sarninę z kurkami, a potem podać herbatę i fefernuski upieczone według dawnej receptury

Wielki plebiscyt „Kuchni” i konkurs

Szanowni Czytelnicy!

Paweł Pojawa - z restauracji Likus Concept Store w Warszawie

Oto nasz piąty kandydat do tytułu "Kucharz - odkrycie roku".

Sascha Brandowsky z restauracji Tesoro Del Mar

Oto nasz szósty kandydat do tytułu "Kucharz - odkrycie roku".

Surf & turf

Znaczy to tyle, co danie mięsno-rybne. Łączenie mięsa z owocami morza należy do tradycji krajów śródziemnomorskich. My mamy takie połączenie w wersji pięcioskładnikowej

Sielskie jadło

Na lnianym obrusie, w ceramicznych miseczkach. Popijane kwaśnym mlekiem lub wybitnym winem. Wakacyjne jedzenie.

internet access has ... ( 2 years ago by taliesein)
internet access has become a utility. regulation becomes necessary for the same reason it's necessary for power and water. There's no room for a privately-owned competitive alternative to the internet. Other things to note are that the telecom companies have been dipping from tax money in order to build this infrastructure as a common carrier. Think about what that does to your property rights argument for a minute
The internet is ... ( 2 years ago by AdognamedOp)
The internet is already regulated.
It is not a utility it entertainment; more like television.
Our federal gov't is inept and cannot be trusted to regulate this, still evolving, medium called the 'net'. Unless you can show me how an ISP has taken away my ability to choose which ISP and browser I use, your-federal gov't is the answer- cure will be a hard sell.
So you're saying ... ( 2 years ago by taliesein)
So you're saying the internet is already regulated, but then you seem to say it's not regulated? And for some reason you think the issue revolves in any way around browser choice? Do you have any idea at all what you're talking about? Also, *you* as a child use the internet (or apparently, just the web) as entertainment. Do not presume that in your idle play-time that everyone else is also as shallow in their activities as you are.
You're also lost as ... ( 2 years ago by taliesein)
You're also lost as to how connectivity functions. ISPs are only part of this. Backbone providers *cannot be gotten around*. This is about telecom companies wanting to be paid a fourth time for the same connection. Once by the content provider, once by the consumer, once by taxes (yes really, they received tax money in order to build their infrastructure), and now once again if you don't want them to artificially degrade your service in favor of a competitor.

What I am saying is that we dont need more federal regulation for an already regulated entity.
As I said, our gov't is inept.
But like the typical leftist asshole you choose to insult and belittle me for challenging you.

No, I choose to belittle you because you deserve it. You've also got the reading comprehension and thought process of, at best, a sixteen-year-old. Someone told you it would be cool to think the way you do, and that's where you'll be stuck for a long long time.

Teenagers deserve all the scorn in the world. You're actually doing a pretty good job of "selling net nutrality" on your own, as you make those who are against it look like an incompetent group of children, partially illiterate and certainly uninformed. Do some reading, and you'll understand. You do have the attention span to read more than youtube comments, right?

Yes, yes, big ... ( 2 years ago by Kulanose)
Yes, yes, big business that stands to gain infinitely more profit and has much more incentive to do as they please is MUCH more trustworthy than a government that has no personal financial interest in the matter and regulations. Last I checked, there was nothing preventing companies from not delivering to you things they don't like, the first ammendment keeps the government from doing the same.
Yes, a few large ... ( 2 years ago by Kulanose)
Yes, a few large companies happen to support it along with countless small ones, the EFF, Wikipedia (they knowingly forgo billions a year they could easily make from ads, so ethics are pretty big there), along with several organizations created by private citizens for the sole purpose of supporting net neutrality... As far as I know anti-net-neutrality is supported by... telcoms, and a few people that listen to conservative rhetoric....
